As I was walking my adorable dog Rufus at the park when I noticed that he wasn't his usual self that day - he wasn't pulling me along like he usually does I decided to pace my walk so I could see what was wrong with him. I noticed that his gait was rather stiff and he seemed to be in pain everytime he attempted to move his legs. I started to walk slower on all my walks thereafter to accommodate his slower gait. Our favorite form of exercise has been a struggle since then.

Rufus didn't like the medicine so it was hard to have him take it everytime. Then one morning, Rufus couldn't walk anymore. She just won't get up anymore. I was heartsick.

Rufus is back to normal. he is now pulling me along with his leash, just like before.
